· Provide all administrative support to the VP & MD and other senior executives in the office, including travel arrangements, expense reporting, phone support, and general office administration. · Meeting preparations, setting up audio bridges and video conferencing, minutes etc. · Prepare major corporate presentations using Microsoft Office suite with particularly focus on Powerpoint, Excel, and Word. · Provide primary support for major corporate events, including all planning, budgeting, and execution for the events. · Provide analytic support (using Excel) for various periodic analyses, including sales performance, customer performance, key metric tracking, and other various analyses (MIS Reports).
· Taking care of recruitment and HR activities e.g. Maintaining leave record, Background Verification, Line HR assignment, New Employee Orientation, Recruitment drives and some of Project Management assignment etc. · Travel Arrangements – Visa & Forex handling etc · People Management – I had about 4 reportees: HR associate, Reception, Travel, Finance associate and Admin Associate. · Driving Initiatives – I was driving the NEO Program, Recruitment drives, Offsites and website management.
