Sandeep is one of those rare individuals who is not only adept at his craft: technically savvy, aesthetically gifted, and results-oriented; but he is also the kind of dedicated entrepreneur who actually modifies his work schedule to be available for clients literally halfway around the world.
Sandeep is always polite, friendly, and helpful. I like how he regularly offered ideas and suggestions to improve the appeal, feasibility, or effectiveness of my project.
The only reason I gave Sandeep a 4 in communication skills was because I couldn't give him a 4.5! There were a couple times when his attempts moved in a different direction than my intent, but after a bit of discussion and clarification through written and graphic directions, everything got right back on track. And frankly, as a client, the more explicit your directions, the better a result you will get ALWAYS. So, as a newbie to virtual outsourcing, website design and the internet in general, I may have simply been expecting him to be a bit TOO psychic. ;-)
The bottom line is that Sandeep has my confidence ... to the extent that I'm already lining up my next project with him. If you get the opportunity to hire him, do it. You'll be pleased with the outcome.
