Technical Support Supervisor, reporting to VP of Operations Bill Spurlin. Supervised and trained 40 full and part time workers. Responsible for all aspects of employee supervision including; hiring, schedule and training as well as heavy client and customer contact to resolve escalated issues. Project Leader to key contracts. Seen as a mentor for my calm and friendly manner under pressure, and regularly took the most challenging customer calls. Also used the latest high end video capture hardware and editing software to create multiple multimedia advertisements for CD ROM distribution to prospects and use at computer shows. Team member for numerous web support development projects.
