Provider was supposed to finish the job within 2-3 days. It has been weeks now. I ended the job. He only fixed some issues but left issues unresolved.

In total there were 3 issues to be resolved - he fixed only one- started working on the second but never finished it,and the last issue was un-touched and never worked on.

After trying to get in touch with him for weeks, he then told me he was in hospital - usual excuse on the net. - he then didnt resolve the issues again.

He came after more than a month - claiming his money. I have only paid half of the price and that is more than enough for the job and inconveniece he caused.

The job was only for $22 a very minimal-small amount for me to pay, and otherwise i would not have had any reason not to pay this small amount. My previous history shows that i have made payments of even $1000 at a time. So as you understand, this is strictly because the provider was:
-Incompentent
-Liar
-Never kept in touch
-Never completed the job
-And on top of that requested full amount of money.

The payment of almost 47% of the price genuinely represents what he did - and is more than enough.

Providers that were supposed to do a job in 3 days cannot and should not be allowed to come after more than 5 weeks and requesting money without the job being done.

I expect the provider to give negative feedback on my account, but this is strictly because of the negative feedback im giving him. He has no basis or no excuses for unperformed job.
