I hired Alexander yesterday and provided him tasks as follows:1. create a paypal developer test account (sandbox)2. download the lastest SVN from my FTP3. learn about symfony framework4. create a paypal script in php to communicate with the developer account5. add begin to integrate it into symfonyI watched over his screen for 6 hours, and he basically wasted time. Either the task was over his head or he was chatting and doing other things. Because his screen shots showed a few things like a chat window and a russian boxing site. Not studying symfony as I had requested.I am letting him go also because his status report was very non descriptive. See below.Also his english communication is not working for me. I need fluent people with fast responses and eagerness to work. We have different styles.I don't beieve he focuses properly, and he is distracted a lot with chat windows.Below is his first and only report.
