Many open source CRM’s are available on the net. But they don’t always fulfill user’s  requirements. Some user’s have their specific needs which they want to implement in these open source CRM’s. There is existing functionality in sugarCRM to add projects and assign them to  users under administrator’s control. We added functionality to add multilevel projects and assign them also in levels
