Freeport Service Corporation is a semi-government entity that engages into providing services (i.e. administrative personnel, project consultants, maintenance, security, etc.) to a government agency, the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority. It has over 200 employees operating in the premier Freeport in the Philippines. I managed a team of 5 employees doing project research and analysis for the company.Responsibilities included:Provides research and analysis in preparation of Project Feasibility Studies. *Responsible for the analysis, development and implementation of researches/studies on business developments and investments. Performs business process analysis, produce detailed specification and analysis models, conduct project planning, development, implementation and management of researches/studies. Supervise and train Jr. Researchers. And, perform project/contract management and administrative work as assigned.
Reponsibilities included:Promote Subic Bay Freeport to international and local trade shows and expositions. Respond to investor’s queries by providing information related to investing in the Freeport. Facilitate and coordinate matters between investors and SBMA departments. *Evaluate projects and investments proposals and submit appropriate recommendations for presentation to the Chairman of SBMA and the Board of Directors. Supervise and train Jr. Associates. And, perform project/contract management and administrative work as assigned.
Provide information related to investing in Subic Bay Freeport, the premier Freeport in the Philippines.
Assist potential investors on how to establish its business operations in the Freeport. These includes facilitation, contract management, coordination or liaise matters with some Government Agencies, Departments and Authorities on its application requirements for documentation;
Make reports, brief and updates (thru email, correspondences or personal) the Proponent on new policies and procedures, new laws being implemented, and new requirements (if any) in any Government Agencies, Departments and Authorities involved, and other matters pertaining to the company needs in the Freeport.
