Yas is clearly a talented designer.  When he chooses to apply himself, he produces high quality work.

However, perhaps because he is so talented, on more then one occasion
he would quickly produced interim work that didn't meet fully meet requirements.

We had to constantly review our requirements with Yas.  After doing these reviews with Yas, he would generate a corrected version of his work very quickly.  

 Unfortunately, this was a recurring pattern with Yas that became somewhat frustrating. We had to spend considerable time and energy constantly reviewing relatively simple requirments.  

He will admit himself that he is not accustomed to working in a professional environment.   

Becuase of his work inexperience, we lso aexpended  a lot of time and energy with Yas discussing  basic issues of professional work conduct such as
- The importance of being on time for meetings
- The importance of asking questions before starting a task if there is any lack of clarity in the requirements.
- Basic netiquette, such as excusing yourself when u leave a chat window with a simple "brb" be right back.

Yas would listen to our concerns and made improvements in his work behavior.

Because Yas is both bright, talented, and very eager, we are confident he will improve his professional behavior in future assignments.
