A nice job in a big engross distribution company of tobacco, alcohol, coffee, sweets and other food products, my department was the “heart” of activity because we needed to know everything was happening in all the departments of that branch office. I left because I was very stressed and I needed to also prepare my final exams to graduate the faculty. Responsabilities: - answering phones, faxes, updating the database with products and stocks - printing all the invoices (average 200 per day) - updating the palms information used by agents - dealing with customers problems and suppliers - organising all the office papers - some protocol duties - verify the product inventory at the end of each month etc |
