I am currently pursuing Microsoft and Cisco Certifications to make myself more marketable in my field.  

I believe my training, experience, and proven ability as a Tier One Technical Support Specialist, Help Desk Technician, IT Manager, Network Administrator, and Desktop Support Specialist will allow me to significantly contribute to your company's IT division.  In addition to this, I have administered a Windows Server 2003/Windows XP environment for over three years.  This included network security and routine server and client maintenence.  I have worked in broadband cable industry and have a working knowledge of switch provisioning, and cable system configurations.

I have acquired valuable experience in all facets of troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance for various desktop operations, hardware, software, and network environments. I possess a unique talent for delivering highly complex technical information into terms and concepts that the end users can readily grasp. Furthermore, I am multi-task oriented, enjoy challenge, and continually stay abreast of the latest advancements in the IT field.

I am a highly capable individual with over five years experience in the Information Technology field.  I’ve currently own my own IT consulting business that was established in April of 2006.  I have worked as a Contract IT Manager for a non-profit organization in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for two plus years.
