C DAS was working on a CUSTOM website project for our company, from this date 7/11/09 and 5 weeks prior he does not have good communication skills ,We asked to keep us informed and in loop of Home page design,each week & after asking many times , we had to hire a team manager to literally force CDAS to produce current custom files to our server to Current Date, we were sent files that were copied from an O Commerce Site with no Custom made designs , 4 weeks of Money spent wasted!, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PERSON FOR ANY WORK ,HIS COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE LACKING, HIS TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE IS LACKING, AND HIS ABILITY TO PRODUCE ON A DAILY OR WEEKLY TIMETABLE IS NON EXISTENT UNTIL FORCED we allowed 40 hours of work each week ,WE HAVE ALL COMMUNICATIONS WITH C DAS excuses AND IF ANYONE WANTS TO CONTACT US PRIOR TO HIRING HIM WE WILL SHARE THE INFORMATION WITH YOU.CDAS Stated in his feedback response against us(we are Employer) that we changed our Requirements Daily?? At the onset we offered our Ideas to him ,we continually asked for Design of Home Page so we could offer updates to Idea, We never received anything ,So his Statement is False, he stated We are Non Technical?? ,we are non Technical ,this is why we Hired him to for the Project, We had repeatedly asked for Home Page Design and after 6 weeks ,we had to hire a Project Manager and then demanded to see the work we were billed for, after 48 hours our Project Manager was sent Copied OS Commerce Files with no Custom made Content, these files were simply copied and pasted into a file format and sent to us to try and cover his tracks, We have been notified that this person has been banned from offering his services on O-DESK and should not be seeking employment in any way under any other name, He has defrauded us of 6 weeks, 40 hours each week of payments we made, and still no design.
