I worked in a call Center company providing assistance to customers. Im one of the Support Group dealing directly to our client.
My responsibilities are as follows:
- Forecasting (includes updating and analyzing on how many calls will be received)
- Scheduling - create schedules for our agents making sure that there are people to accomodate callsper interval to meet our targets.
- Reporting - doing daily end of day reports for our client for them to be able to see the status of the business.
