Working with Algela has be our single worst experience on oDesk. She is not responsive, un professional, does not follow directions and we never received the documents we paid for. This was a simple rewrite of a terms of service agreement. i provided all of the source content and she sent me back a poorly reviewed cut and paste of our original documents. We followed up again with specific directions. She dissapeared for two weeks we then emailed and chatted to try and get the revisions she promised. After several go arounds and two more weeks with nothing from her I just give up. She had already charged us for this several weeks ago and been paid for unprofessional service and no tangible results. This has been beyond frustrating and I would consider her service posting here a real con job!!!I am more then dissapointed and have never had to write a negitive review so do not take my comments lightly.
