09/1998 04/2002 KMGZ fm Program Director/On-Air Personality / Manager I lead a small on-air staff of approximately five people.  I also carried my own midday show on air for this mid-market CHR station.  I wrote, voiced and edited commercial audio and had many client requests due to the quality and creativity of my work for them. My ratings were the highest of the station for the Spring Book of 03.  I did live remotes from business locations.  Hard sell or soft...fun voice or serious, I can get the job done.
07/1997 09/1998 KLAW fm/Z94 fm On-air personality / Independent Contributor Held a midday on-air shift at KLAW which was a country music format.  The show was mostly live but occasionally we used a voice-tracking system.  Wrote, voiced and edited commercial spots for multiple clients.  Did live remotes from business locations.  Served as Public Service Announcement Director during my time there.  Helped think up and carry out promotions for the station as Promotions Assistant.  Worked on a Severe Weather Team that was on-call to cover any severe weather warnings we might have in our location.  (Working in Oklahoma, there were many times to serve in this capacity!)  Remained calm and collected during weather, concerts, contests, and remotes when equipment fritzed out. 
Also worked on our sister station, Z94 which was a hard rock format.  Did commercials and remotes for them, as well.  What a great job to be a little country and a little rock and roll!  And, the perks--working concerts like Tim McGraw, Mark Chestnutt and LeAnne Womack as well as Great White (comeback tour), Bad Company (also comeback tour) and the Diner Junkies.
