As a product Trainer for an outbound call centre, I was assigned and tasked to train newly hires as well as uptrain for the campaigns stated above for new updates and re-inforcement purposes regarding their product knowledge as well as their surface, SPR, CPR, in relation to their conversational skills, common sense, fundamentals of telemarketing, fundamentals of hurdling through surveys and survey questions, the connection between the olfactory senses and kinesthetics in relation to some basic CCF principles.
In addition, I also incorporated some filipinoisms that should be avoided as well as fillers, the use of proper grammar such as the subject and verb agreement. Etc.
Furthermore, I also acted as a Team Leader during the re – launching to the MMG campaign wherein I gave reports regarding each trainee/probationary’s stats such as their individual sales per hour and their total sales per hour. Even if was not anymore asked to do such, I still monitored each and everyone’s performance as far as that account was concerned because that was my main account. In this light, I assisted the agents via remote or side – by – side monitoring to oversee their strengths and areas for improvements. In this regard, I also served as QA for some selected agents especially if there are complaints from the client or should the need arise.
I formulated scripts as well as training modules for each specific campaigns as well as research on their specified products for analysis, feedback and improvement. In this regard, I was in full contact with the Operations group and the Training department and the client themselves.
My support as a trainer does not stop upon turnover but unless and until they become regulars or should their be a need to coach and support them based on their statistics and the recommendations of their Team Leaders or their respective Campaign Managers.

As a Team Leader for First Party Collections, Fifth Third Bank totally immersed me in training via a rigid paperless environment for one month before pre – production and the actual production itself.
Pertaining leadership skills, herein undersigned provided leadership, support and guidance to the frontline staff /agents (Customer Service Representatives. CSRs for brevity) as well as provided coaching opportunities for them in each of their individual areas of improvement as well as postulated and identified their talents and weaknesses.
On the operational aspect, I assisted my co – team leaders and the Operations Manager and OSC as well as QA real time simultaneously, if needed, by identifying productivity targets as well as coordinating, assisting, delivery of reports, responding to CSRs statistics and additional training opportunities as well as performance needs and issues in a timely manner. Furthermore, if there were issues that needed clarity or daily operational concerns, I would coordinate with the US counterparts in order to address the problem as quickly as possible.
As far as training is concerned, I assisted the Training Department in delivering product updates as well imparted actual learning and knowledge on the floor and teaching collection skills and techniques if necessary.
Under the control and supervision of HR, I also assisted in the hiring of hopeful and prospespective CSRs.
