Upon request by Cee Marlin, Director of MYBC, to review the status of the feedback I posted regarding the deliverables done by Rajib at O'source:The assignment started on 5 December 2008 and yet the job isn't finished as we are now in August 2009. I have inquired about the status several times by phone, email, skype and GTalk, only to be answered that the developer will get back in touch. Up till now (28 August 2009!!) we have been waiting for a definite feedback on the status plus that we wanted this job to be finished in March 2009 already. The job isn't finished or brought to a neatly closure. Examples unfinished work: 1. The developer adviced us to add a separate promotion package. Up till this day the Promo Code isn't viewable. We agreed upon adding a promotion package and a new button, this hasn't been done as yet.2. Menu tabs not neatly fixed.3. Lots of wrongly spelled words. 4. Still have Paypal questions.5. Still waiting on a manual. I Alex Joseph, IT Recruiter and Project Manager, take full responsibility for closing this job on Odesk. For I am still not happy with the irresponsive workmethod and lingering of the job. Several questions remained unanswered by the Developer Rajib or any other O'source co-worker who could AT LEAST substitute for Rajib. Therefore I have given the definite total score of 2.35 for the work done. I stand by my decision. Thank you for your time and effort.
