At launch date, the application did not work due to permission issues. From that initial date it took one month to get a working version. It has yet to be used internally.

Sergey continually avoided emails and when he did respond told us he was "extremely busy" and had to be retold details of our project. 

I would recommend his team for quick 5 hours projects which don't required advanced levels of coding. Anything above that will require much patience and understanding on your end and your dollar.
