Buyers Beware! These guys are sharlatans.We used Sparsh before and they were excellent, other than for one of their "Managers" getting rude and aggressive over a bonus that was never agreed to. In this current case we recruited them based on work they had done for us previously which was handled by one of their developers, Uday, very competently. However, this job has been a total waste of time and money. They insisted on 50% upfront which we have paid and since then we have not seen anything worthwhile from them at all, They dont reply to emails or skypes properly and one gets the impression that this is a rag-tag bunch of guys with no real leader.Most concerning about these guys is this:When we first contracted them on some SMPP work they signed our standard NDA etc. When we placed the opening for this current job they sent me a list of other work they have completed and they posted ALL their clients' work in PDFs as references (and details of the actual work, including source code). Apart from a blatant breach of the agreement they have with us, this compromises every one of their clients' confidentiality. So, dont expect these guys to honour anything they sign with you. They have no respect for other peoples' IP.Do yourself a favour - DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. In the meantime we are going to do what we can to recovert he 50% already paid to them.
