EDIT: The communication issues were mutual and simply a misunderstanding.  I changed the original feedback  because it is unfair to penalize Demid for a misunderstanding.  The work that Demid provided was top notch and I would not hesitate to work with him again, and in fact, I will be.

I was amazed what a huge difference Demid has made to the project. One junior developer produced almost 5 pages of code that took him all day that was full of bugs and was very complicated, Demid re-wrote it in two hours in to less than 1 page of code... WOW! I am very happy to have had his help and would hire him for any project.
