Project Details: The system provides a comprehensive methodology for keeping track of the employees absences and annual leave/vacation. The system handles multiple users. The system's administrator can assign user names and passwords, as well as security profiles that can be General, Advanced, Supervisor or Request Only. The fully automated e-mail notification facility which when a request is made the relevant supervisor of the department head receives an e-mail of this request. There is a full audit trail in the background of any amendments made to rule specific items. The system has the capability of displaying all transaction balances (including entitlements) based on a user's search criteria. Printing issues are handled by Windows, with which the system automatically interacts. There are eight main modules on the AMS system Employee Details, Record Absences, View Requests, Reports, Timesheets, Parameters, Audit Trail, Import (Add-on).

Platform: The system is written using 32 bit Visual Basic 6.0 to develop the front application and uses industry standard Visual FoxPro3.0 files. The system runs on Microsoft Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP/2003. A Client/Server option is available.

Project Details: Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) system used to verify the identity of incarcerated persons, parolees and officers in interactive voice response (IVR) mode via biometrics. 
 Created new multi-threaded C/C++ application in an NT environment to replace existing system.
 Worked alone under very tight deadline with minimal support.
 Created interface to Dialogic Telephony Interface boards.
 Developed an application that automatically generates report based on server errors stored on the FTP server

Project Details: This Payroll Based solution runs on the Local Intranet. The System supports human resource administration including employment, compensation and employment records and benefits. The system also supports payroll processing, including the collection of employees' time (electronically transmitted by departments using the Time Reporting System), calculation of gross income and net pay, validation of earnings, and the calculation of overtime. The system generates the data for preparing paychecks and direct deposit notices. And the system distributes payroll expenses based on labor charges from the Time Reporting System, or in the case of monthly employees, from labor information assigned to the employee's position and job record.
