Joined company as Team Leader, was promoted as Operations Manager in month of June 2005.
Thereafter I was also appointed as Project Manager for sister concern Stellar Computers which is a software division. Sedna is one of the upcoming call centres emerging in the region. I was basically responsible for Operations & Recruitments. I was also responsible for looking after the IT in the centre. e3R Info Systems is one the first and biggest International call centre in this region for outbound processes. I have worked on campaigns like Orange (UK), T-mobile (UK), Three (UK and Australia) etc. I was responsible for Quality check & Quality control of the calls. I was also responsible to generate shift reports and send it to the concerned persons.

It offers Customer care support and Technical support to various companies throughout the world. I was working for SBC Yahoo! Technical support (DSL broadband connections). I was also adjudged the best agent on the floor for ‘First Call Resolution’ provided to customers
Responsibilities included:
