DLL which helps connect to MS SQL server has next functions:

This project involves creating two client applications. One will read local files and push them onto the web. The second will pull data from the web and store the file locally.
The first application will read a list of files from specific directory, read each file by date, read the most recent files contents and push them to a web site by web form (web scraping)(part 2 of the project once first part is completed). The web site will return an acknowledgement and the file and it's contents will be moved to another folder. Exception handling for each step is also critical element. This application will also write to a log file. Various variables will need to be read/stored.

The second application will request files from a web site (web scraping), then write the contents received to a file, it will then acknowledge the file has been recieved. This application will also write to a log file. Various variables will need to be read/stored.
