- I believe Surjit is an honest employee with the best intentions. His work ethics are good. However his communication skills hindered the job and his performance greatly. Instructions had to be repeated on many occasions. Email exchanges were very short on his end. Currently I am ending the assignment early because the assignment is now beyond what we budgeted for and has yet to be finalized. For the amount that Surjit charges for his services, it is a great deal, but you really do get what you pay for. We will be looking for someone in the near future who has better communication skills, and does what we need completed with the website, in the order that we state. Communication is key in any business, without an understanding of the assignment, and what the customer wants, no business exists. Best of luck to you Surjit.

He worked long hours and DID NOT charge us for time when we needed to make corrections to the site text, that was submitted to him incorrect. Surjit was able communicate greatly via text messenger in english, but in live phone calls, we found that he should improve his verbal english skills to aid better voice communications.
