In this most recent project, I am responsible for Process Automation using MS Access database and GUI interfaces. The primary tasks at hand were to implement VBA that allows the users to use a Mailmerge function to automate Legal Documents that were being manually created. These Mailmerge documents are accessable through the use of Hyperlinks stored in a table. Additionally, a Dialog Box functionality was implemented to select and save other documents that needed stored in a central location with the Legal Documents.Lastly, the ability to email multiple attachments was implemented so that the end-user could easily send all related documents from Access.Another part of this project is data normalization between the various departments of the compan.
In this project, I was mainly responsible for analysis and evaluation of the Marketing data for one of the largest Financial Investment Companies in the US. The record count of the data averaged 5 - 10 million records that needed to analyzed.I was also responsible for creating user-friendly GUI for reporting and file import/export process, ad hoc trouble shooting and training of other Access users within the department as well as finding a user friendly way to provide Security to an Access database without needing to set up Permissions and Admin data.
