    This project i did with InteliSharp Solutions , a seatle based company. At odesk job was assigned saying as "Linux help needed", but actual work involved was installation of Oracle Application Server release 12 on OEL5.0 the latest in Linux.

    I provided guidence in correct installation of OEL5.0, and then using VNC remote control utility i gained access to box. once access given my work was to configure OEL for Oracle application server installation. I followed standard installation guide from metalink for oracle application server R12 instalaltion on OEL5.0 to get this work done. 

    Initially there were issues with the installation as we all know metalink notes only are not enough for practical issues. We have to seek experience to get rid of issues related with rpms and permissions and network ports. 

    So finally i did it successfully and handed over it to InteliSharp Solution. 

    Due to the confidentiality of the matter with company, i am not able to share my instalaltion guide which is for company's further use.

    My work with Bit-Simple Technologies was to search for suitable projects at virtual market place and bid on behalf to company to get those projects. 
    To do so i have to have JAVA, JavaScript, My-SQL, PHP and JSP related knowledge & writing skills to write cover letters and bid papers. 
    I did a good job and earned money too. Paul Smith Manager with whom i worked provided a good feedback on my work. 
    Though job assigned with a promise of commission, but unfortunately not received. I did'nt even asked.
