We are creating dynamci Image/Marker in the applicaiton. Application is based on WEB 2.0 and JQUERY.

WCM(World Class Manufacturing) is an ancillary unit involved in manufacturing / job work of sheet metal components mainly used in automobile industry.  Expansion plan has option for manufacturing own components for automobile industry as well as components used in building construction (mainly for exports). 
Process start from getting client requirement, create customer purchase order, production planning is scheduled based on customer’s requirement, machine and raw material availability. Product Development process These process covers manufacturing feasibility, tools development for the component, and micro level study of drawing for all specification and details, process finalization (processes involved in manufacturing particular component), Quality checking tools and process finalization, tool design etc. Process start from Receiving produce card along with the Machine loading plan, Material lay outing, Control plan, Process sheet, Process flow and other processes.
