Application is Telegence billing (Amodcs billing suite), Load Testing of TELEGENCE (of AMDOCS) is the Final Quality Gate before placing the release into production. TELEGENCE takes care of the billing of all Long Distance business of AT&T especially for Voice and Data Product. TELEGENCE undergoes a lot of changes every month to match the business as well market needs, hence becomes a potential challenge to ensure zero defect application so as to ensure emerging relationship between the market and the solution. The project demands skilled as well as capable resources in terms of technology and experience. Responsibilities included: - v Involved in creation of data and set up for Load testing based on requirements v Used quality Center to create the test plan, to store test cases, requirement managements v And defect management recorded HTTP/HTML protocol based scripts using VuGen. v Participation in peer review of the test scripts. Enhanced the scripts by including transactions, parameterize the constant values and correlating the dynamic values v Development and Execution of the Automation scripts and collection of the repots for analysis v Identifying the bugs in terms of priority, severity and maintaining & updating the bug tracking system v Involved in Regression testing Involved in reporting bugs and verification for bug fixes |
