As a sales analyst I was tasked to analyse sales performance.

My responsibilities were:
1. Monitor sales performance on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and analyse the different drivers for sales. From this I also suggest action plans to improve sales performance.
2. Educate managers on the different reports available for sales through frequent interviews and designing training materials.
3. Generate periodic reports using Microsoft Excel and Access, based on data gather from the different MIS's available
4. Supplement the Sales Team's capability by aiding in the monthly campaigns thru providing timely and accurate data, and I innovated by designing user-friendly Access applications to enable the associates to participate without leaving the comfort of their workstations.
