For the seasoned UX/Interaction Designer with in-depth experience architecting new and improved usability of B2B and Enterprise web-based systems (preferably HR, employment or similar) this is a chance to lead the future UX design for the world's first global online employment platform. Based in our Menlo Park, CA headquarters your fanatical drive for simplicity and the best user experience will allow us to deliver clean and easy to use software to our customers. You will use your outstanding design experience to analyze and make recommendations on improving our existing UI framework and processes as well as contribute to future generations of our offering. Your proven experience conducting user research, developing user personas, performing usability testing and creating flowcharts and web-based prototypes to demonstrate and test functional interaction designs will give you the tools needed to succeed in this challenging role. A track record of design for HR, employment, payroll, hiring or similar systems will be required as will the ability to truly understand users and their needs.
