    Beware choosing odesk as your career, as odesk policies are very flexible. As per my experience, I found that one of my friends profile blocked by odesk even its identity verified and big companies running hundred of fake profiles, Some people of odesk working like agents of some big companies.
    My friend raised his voice but no one at odesk listen to that and they want to dump this case. We have strong proofs that some big indian companies having duplicate/fake profiles whereas other individual programmers at odesk are the main target of odesk they want to punish individuals hard but odesk don’t have guts to even raise finger against big companies so beware to choose odesk as your career you can lose your profile any time.
