Withdrawal this year is always delay
yep,it's delayed for a while..tis happened to me twice in a row now..always get me worried,,haha
And here I am, thinking that I might have entered the wrong ATM number. It's been 7 days and I still haven't got the money on my atm. I'm constantly checking it but it's still not deposited on my atm.
Me too, I'm waiting anxiously, the first time I withdrew, it got in my BPI account fast, but this time it's getting delayed. Please do fix this issue.

Got mine now, waiting it for 4 days and it finally arrived maybe around 8-9pm, I checked around 7:30pm and still nothing and then I checked it again after 9pm and I finally I got it. yay! lol

I understand that Odesk said that they're going to deduct P150 last week. But they just deducted another P150 this week and haven't refunded the other P150 from last week.

who do we contact to refund the php150, BPI or oDesk? haven't receive my refund for last week and another deduction today.
I have been deducted 3 times already. No refund yet. I contacted BPI and they said that there is no fees being deducted on remittances. So where does the php150 go? Who is deducting? BPI or Odesk? Please enlighten us! Thanks.

Odesk I'm afraid. I just got in touch with their CS and said that they already have a confirmation that it will be refunded, they just don't know when.
@Maricel, 3 times? That's weird... Unless you withdrew 3 times. Please contact Odesk CS and they'd be able to help you with that.
Yes, it means three withdrawals. The email clearly gave the impression that BPI would be deducting. Glad that it will be refunded, though. Their dollar to peso is already approximately a peso lower every dollar than we get at paypal or what is reflected on dollar exchange websites. I always notice that everytime I would check so I just stopped checking. Now this? ODesk, have pity. My kids need every penny. I hope this gets resolved soon.
yeah there was a deduction, it's the first time I noticed that, I have to check my previous week's withdrawal if I had been deducted that amount, what's wrong with you odesk?you're blaming BPI that they are deducting fees, but it was really on your end,what a lame excuse.
Wire transfer to Indonesia is very fast now.. It only taeke 3 - 4 hours

I withdrawn last Monday (October 15) thru LFT, expecting to hit it on my account last October 18 (Wednesday), until now, I haven't yet received my money (BPI account). I called BPI CS and talked with the BPI branch manager, there's no OUTSTANDING balances or clearing whatsoever...
I withdrawn so many times. This is my first time to experience this DELAY.

Still not on my account and I made my withdrawal last Wednesday. Usually, I get my funds on Friday at around 6PM.
I saw on the other thread that some contractors who withdrew last Monday haven't received their funds either until now. Does that mean we won't be receiving our funds this week?

They told me the 3-5 bus. days again. Discrimination with BPI? My colleagues who has a different bank already has their funds.
Talking to CS now, she said that they don't have any reports that funds are delayed today. Obviously, they don't read the forums...
Yeah, this always happen with BPI but not with other bank. My sister whose bank is BDO already got her funds. My withdrawal with pypal to BPI is also smooth, reliable and consistent. One time that Pypal had problems with withdrawal, I rcvd notification from them apologizing for delays and their cstomer service talks like they understand how it is to have delayed salary. So definitely its odesk and bpi transaction having trouble.
Well, this post has been here for quite a long time now. We've had the issue with BPI and Odesk for almost a year now and still they haven't got a fix! Also, whenever this things happen, there's always a CS in Odesk that adds up to your predicament. What more can you ask for?
I guess that is what we get for FREE remittance fee.
Until the time Odesk really fix this issue, this post will be here for a long time.
I can't blame oDesk for this issue since the fund for those using other banks have gotten their money so its obvious that Odesk did send the funds and mostly been cleared by PCHC. The problem is with BPI. It's like BPI is holding the funds due to the issue of the 150 that was charged on the accounts. Of course BPI won't say that its their fault and that their holding it as it would tarnish their rep. Suffice to say I'm pretty fed up with this delays. I'll just remove this LFT and go the PayPal route, that way I can be sure I'll get the money in 2 banking days.
I will agree to you on removing LFT and that Odesk cant be blame for this but I do think they can do something about this.
If a CS received 5 or more contractors dealing with the same issue on a certain day, it not hard to realize that there is really a problem. And instead of giving their canned response, they should escalate the issue to proper department so they can investigate and advise what to do. Needless to say, Odesk and BPI has special agreement in regards with LFT so it should always be easier to fix the issue with BPI than with the other banks.
