Perhaps you can do it in a more explicit and friendly manner but - good idea overall.

Comes over as a little aggressive; also I would avoid the word 'nasty'. The spammy offers don't bother to read your portfolio anyway, probably. How about "Highest quality work for discerning clients"?

Still, at least you got rid of the "I dance in girl's clothes for money" tagline. Big smile Big smile Big smile

Sadly, I'm not allowed to dance in the bank anymore. Even if I put trousers on. I asked. The restraining order -I am told- is in the post.

Hi Mahesh

First of all, congratulations for you amount of work.

If I may... the "nasty" part of your description is useless, so just get rid of that. It doesn't make you any more professional of what you already are. You have your portfolio, your rate, your feedback and all the work you've done so far.
That should be enough to keep away the cheapos like you called them, which, by the way, as you may perfectly know aren't going to disappear anyway.

just my 2 cents

Also, the way I am, if it happened to be a client looking for someone to do X job, the "nasty" part would be the reason I wouldn't hire you, not even call you... doesn't matter if you're the god of whatever skills you may have. Just saying

"If you need cheap and nasty

"If you need cheap and nasty I am not for you." is quite aggressive and may portray you as angry old chap with attitude of Mr. Jackass.

I suggest rephrasing it to something like "Project/assignments less than $xxx are not considered" or something else that conveys your message in a positive tone.

As said by someone above, cheapos never bother to read your profile so why ruin it with negative words?

Good luck!

Which are you?

Nice pic BTW.

Is that meant to be a cunning way to

try and provoke aggression and, probably, extreme violence from women? Cos it's not *very* cunning.

Wait and see...

ah, the usual shock value only you can bring to this site Tongue

Well, the only way to know if it will work is to wait for a week to see if you'll get more job invites this time.

Why not send me an invite?
