Be very careful of fraudulent activity of your Payoneer card. I had my card copied and my password compromised today and had my funds taken out by someone in the Ukraine. I am not sure how it happened as I only use 1 ATM machine and always check for skimmers and hidden cameras and make sure that no one is around me. I suspect it happened thru a compromise of the banks ATM system as I am currently out of the U.S. for an extended time. Tomorrow I am meeting with the bank. Good thing is that I will get me money back eventually. The one thing that I asked Payoneer about that they did not have a good answer for is why a transaction would be approved in the Ukrane, which is a ground zero for this type of fraud, when my card has another mailing address. Most banks will decline your card if it is used outside of your home country unless prior notification is made of your travel plans. Personally, I am done with Payoneer and will do bank transfers moving forward.
