oDesk, please reorganize the Job Postings tab

When I create a job and it's receiving applicants, it should be open. -> currently does this
If I hire a contractor but still want to hire more, it should remain open. -> currenlty does this
When I close the job because I've hired who I want and don't want any more applicants, it should go to the Filled tab <- currently does this
If I close a job after all work is done (closed all contracts), it should go to the Closed tab. <- currently DOES NOT. It remains in the filled folder. Cust support tells me they stay there forever. I need it to go to closed (really should be called archived).
If I cancel a job without filling it, it should go to a Cancelled tab. <- currently goes to Closed tab. This is confusing.
I complain about this because I feel I spend many wasted hours navigating through my job postings to ensure all are up to date and I've replied to all outstanding issues, etc. IMHO, keeping all the job listings on 1 page but sorting them by status (Open - Still Hiring, Open - No More Hiring, Arhived, and Canceled)
Also, while I'm at it, it would be great to have a "ban" button on certain contractors if you no longer want them looking at your postings...
