multiple "hourly"positions and tracking time

I tried...but I'm far too exhausted to keep searching for the answer so I'm going to just ask here and maybe someone who already asked the same ? can help me out lol
I've applied for 3 jobs, all of which are hourly, full time. How do I track my time in order to get paid for all jobs? They are in 3 different time zones all of which fall into working hour in my current location, meaning I'll be working all 3 together. So, How does this work for tracking more than 1 job at a time?

***I guess I just didn't pose my query with the correct wording. I am an Odesk newbie so still going through the ropes.The 3 clients are all in 3 different time zones. And, logically,I can not be in all 3 time zones so I was curious if I could track time of all 3 jobs in their time zones. I do not think it is unethical if I work for 3 individual companies, simultaneously. Especially when I WILL be doing work for them all during MY business hours/location. Like I was wondering if Odesk had it set up so that client A can be billed-stop tracking-bill for client B-stop tracking- bill for client C..you know stop tracking time when I'm switching between clients. NOT bill them all for any hour, but legitimately bill each client for the actual time I spent on their work-not on the others. Hope this makes sense. (switching from client to client on the tracker-NOT scamming my clients at all- trying to be reasonable and ethical AND FAIR to them all.)But no one understood it that way- like it's my mistake, I didn't word it right.
