Bad feedback policy after disputes

Please take in consideration this case (and future cases like this).
It is unfair that after a dispute contractor or client can write a feedback.
For example, I am a contractor, and in my case the client did not want to pay. He began a dispute, and finally he lost it. After that, he wanted to make his own justice through the feedback, scoring low and writing a bad feedback.
If oDesk mediates in a dispute, both contractor and client must lose the rights to make a feedback, because, obviously, the loser will make a bad feedback.
Please, I am asking you that do not permit feedbacks in contracts concluded with a dispute.
