Why do I feel so exhausted on weekends?

I want to work for 7 days a week, 10 hours a day but why do I feel so exhausted on Saturday and Sunday. On weekdays, I'm able to work for 10 hours everyday without any issues but I'm just out of gas on Weekends. Can anybody give me any tips on how to remain charged up to work for seven days a week, but please no advice to take a break, sit back and relax on weekends.

Eat well, lots of meat, fish, eggs, drink lots of milk, water, fruit juice. Take a multivitamin. Go to the gym exercise. Get a punching bag, work out at home. ***

All those things will make you feel better.

Do what Mahesh said

Also, I'm not sure what the rest of your day looks like, but try to reward yourself with an hour of fun after every 4-5 hours. Or another similar system. Your body and mind will thank you later.

Your whole business model is defective

Sharique, nobody can concentrate fully and produce high quality work for 10 hours a day 7 days a week. Please don't say that YOU can, because you clearly can not - which is why you started this thread, and, more importantly, is almost certainly why your feedback is what it is.

Instead of going for quantity at a bargain basement price you should be aiming to produce high quality work at a better price.

Instead of aiming to earn 233 Dollars a week working 70 hours, producing less than stellar results, you could aim for quality, aim to work 45 hours a week for the exact same money, but at $5.18 an hour instead of 70 hours at $3.33

Price follows quality.

If you aimed for quality your feedback scores would improve, your repeat business would increase, and so would your rate.

Yeah I only work for maybe 2

Yeah I only work for maybe 2 hours a day, 4 at max, and I still live very well. Why? High rates babe.

If you don't mind, how much

If you don't mind, how much do you make in a month, Manesh? I know that's a too personal question but you're at liberty to not answer it all.

Never MIND what anyone else makes. Concentrate on yourself!

Sharique, you are unlikely to get an honest answer and even if you did, it is entirely irrelevant to YOUR issues. Different people have different incomes and different outgoings and different requirements.

CLEARLY your business model of attempting to do 70 hours a week at a cheap rate is not working. You are not producing the quality you should and are permanently knackered trying to produce anything at all.

The human capacity to concentrate fully and perform at one's best has limits. 10 hours per day 7 days a week is beyond that capacity - as is clearly reflected in your feedback.

Produce better quality and charge a higher price so you can work less hours for better rewards. That way your clients are happier and you get to have some free time to basically live a life.

He he, feed your rat? With the money that you're making on ODesk, your rat must be having a very good time. I'm just making enough to feed my goldfish.

I have to agree with Petra on

I have to agree with Petra on this. From what you are describing, it sounds like you have hit the burn-out stage. There IS no solution to that condition other than restructuring your schedule.

As my grandfather told me "Work smarter, not harder". Less hours with higher quality at a slightly higher rate will not only help you to make the money you need, but also help you to avoid causing harm to your health in the process.

However, if you absolutely insist on continuing the way you are, take what Mahesh has said to heart. The better you treat your body, the better you will feel. Eat foods like fish and other meats and for heaven's sake make sure you are getting enough B vitamins. Without a proper amount of B vitamins, you are not going to be as alert and mindful of your work as needed.
