There is some text below ("Identity could not be verified. Please contact customer service for assistance. ") of my profile like that, But I didn't know Why?
I already send my Id card, bank statement, and passport also by scan. there all is original and mine, so why odesk cant verify my account i don't understand.
Please let me know how does I remove that message or help odesk to verify my account?
