Two, three or more times a week I get an Invitation to Interview containing links to neobux.com and clixsense.com.
Invariably the client is from the Philippines, has registered that day but not started payment verification, posts an innocent sounding job post, invites 20 to 50 contractors to register on these two websites, then cancels the Invitation immediately.
Surely it should be possible to block these interview invites from reaching contractors who then no doubt bombard odesk support with 'inappropriate job' flags.
As has been discussed before in a slightly different context, a requirement for clients to at least start the payment verification process before being allowed to post jobs may give odesk a more tangible means of identifying spammer clients as the account is being created.
