Money not received

I have been providing correct information about my bank but still money not month passed and no help.

can you please provide more detail? Which method you used for withdrawal? and did you request a trace for payment through odesk support?

Tauseef, I'm so sorry this happened to you! Which method did you use? oDesk wire transfers? If it was another method, then kindly contact their SUpport for help.

For oDesk wire transfer (PKR or USD) kindly check your transactions to see if the funds were returned due to some reason. If they are not there, then contact your bank to see if they have any info as sometimes the bank may hold your remittance for one reason or another.

Since 10 days have passed, you should contact Customer Support and ask them to initiate a trace on your funds.
