Jobs are not posted to public

I have been posting jobs and it is not posted to public . I am nit sure whats wrong with my account. And this is making me to look for elance or guru. I am really frustrated with odesk in this way. When ever i post a job i need to contact support for the job post as it is not displayed to public even after 1 hour

And the odesk support gives same reply .. we will talk to Engg team

SIck really Please close my account and i will move to other providers..
