Odesk failure to communicate and help

My Odesk account was hacked and although Odesk was able to retrieve almost all of my money, they have not been in touch with me since the initial reporting. It has been over 3 days and now several weeks of pay are in jeopardy or I can not withdraw. My problem is that the customer support representative has not been in contact with me and now I am risk of losing a third week's pay. ODesk retrieved their percentage, why can they not speak with me?
