Duplication payment

Hi all,

I'm free odesk client, I have hire a contracter

We agree do it with 11$ but when make payment for him, I don't understand I make duplication 2 payment, and him get 22$ (Please see attachment transaction)

So, I want ask: how I can cancel a transaction?
