My odesk feedback

My odesk feedback is now 3.99 but I have only 5 stars feedback and some with no rating.
10 days ago I had a conversation with someone from odesk support team and since then my issue is still there.

I contact them few times and their answer was the same... "our engineers are working in order to solve your issue, for the moment we can do nothing. we apologies"

My odesk reputation is going down with suck a feedback rating and is very hard for me now to find jobs.

I didn't bealived that something like this could happen on odesk after hundres of dollars made with me. 10 days with no answers and very bad suport.

Hope that someone with more decisional influence than an support agent will see my message and my issue will be solved. I repeat, I have only 5 stars feedback and I don't know why my overall feedback score is 3.99.

Whoa, that is just weird! I just checked your profile, you've got wonderful portfolio and great feedback, hope you get the glitch resolved soon. It would be great if you learn what's caused it and share - it's the first time I've read for a problem of this type. Good luck with Support, press them a bit to hurry them up, it's obviously a bug.

That is strange.

Suggestion:

Get on live chat and stay on it until they put you online with a supervisor. Don't let them fob you off with the "we're checking it" line. Keep pushing and pushing until you talk to a supervisory technician that will tell you EXACTLY when you can get this fixed.

Don't get nasty, but stay firm until you talk to someone who can help you...not some CS person who feeds you those lines out of a book somewhere.

I'm sure oDesk will take care of it for you, just sounds like a temporary glitch. It may even go away on its own. Contact customer support anyway and let them know what's going on.

I'm still waiting for your technical team to correct this issue. How long do you think it will takes? I think there are more than 3 weeks since I have this problem.
Why odesk treat me like this? I work and you get commissions for each job/hour

I just read your post. I thought I would mention that I just read a question in oDesk Help Centre that may be of some benefit to you. The following link takes you to how the feedback score is calculated.

As you have had a number of contracts with no feedback, and these contracts were had a moderately high payment they have actually decreased your overall score.

I would consider speaking to an oDesk support person to calculate this with you. I was not even aware of how the scores were calculated. I know not receiving any feedback is frustrating. Sometimes it's better to get a slightly lower score per contract than no score at all.

I know how to calculate feedback.

"No feedback given" are not considered in feedback calculation. So this is not a calculation problem.

"If the other user did not

"If the other user did not give you a feedback score, the contract is excluded from the calculation."

I have only 5 stars feedback. I know how the rating is calculate. My overall feedback should be 5 not 3.99 as it is now.

No, they do not.
No Feedback contracts do not factor into the overall score at all.
As you can see in the example you so kindly posted:

The No Feedback $50 contract is not even listed in the calculations in this example.

You STILL haven't figured out how feedback works, have you?? The agency has a perfect 5.00 rating. How in heaven's name is that supposed to be responsible for the technical glitch that is affecting his own personal feedback?
