Verification process feedback/issues

I believe the verification process needs some work:
1. The delay in getting the amounts on the bank account means cannot complete immediately - nuisance for all involved
2. The time window between getting amounts on the bank account and finalizing verification is too small
3. The amounts shown seem to HAVE to be made in US $ or it does not work (don't say one can put the other amounts if that is not true/tested)
4. I cannot find any other email except the final notice re verification process and by that time (due to weekend/holiday) the account was already suspended
5. If there are two credit cards and one (even if not primary) is verified that should already release an account (it didn't for me).
In time critical projects where people depend on the oDesk work to be done this could actually jeopardize a serious effort.
Please make this process more meaningful.
Also it would be very good if you made the necessity of the verification more forceful to start with. It sounds like "it is best if you do" rather than "without this done within x days your account will be immediately suspended with these consequences"
