Newbie Questions: Payment Pending, Work Diary, etc.

Hi, I'm Dian, a newbie here on oDesk.
I won my first fixed-price contract in 5 days after I'd registered--I guess I was lucky. But I have a couple of questions, and would love to have your help.
1. The contract has just now ended, and the client has paid me. But it's "payment pending" and I can't withdraw it. What does it mean?
2. Do I have to manually track time via Work Diary when I work on fixed-price projects? I always track my time when I work--on any project, on and outside oDesk--using a third-party application (Toggl), but I didn't fill out Work Diary. It's now no longer accessible since the contract has just been closed by the client.
3. The rating... This one also confuses me. My client gave me a feedback with 5 stars. I could see it on my public profile, under Work History & Feedback tab. But it doesn't appear next to my name. Why?
