Respond to my ticket Late Funds [Incident: 1701747]

Can someone please let me know what has happened to my funds it has been over 10 days and have not received the money to the bank and no one is responding to my ticket or giving me updated on what is going on or how to solve this issue. Can you please give a solution to my issue. This is really bad customer care

About this in the forum all you want and not one person here can help you. Only the financial department can help you and if you read the TOS you'll see that you first have to check with your financial institution and if they cannot locate it then a trace will have to be done.

Traces cannot be started before the funds are "lost in transit" more than 15 days if my memory serves me correctly.

Cavedish, please call your bank to check if they have any news. Otherwise you can ask Support to initiate a trace for your funds after 10 working days.

I sincerely hope your funds do get located real soon. Do check your Transactions page to see if the funds got reversed for some reason.

In the meantime I have escalated this for you as well...
