Odesk not processing my withdrawal

Hi, I am a long time freelancer here on Odesk, I've used wire transfer for more than 10 times and I never had any problem.
I withdrew a large amount from Odesk on 13th and It's almost been 10 working days and I still haven't received anything.
I usually don't panic so much but the amount is huge and I usually get a message which stated "Your withdrawal has been processed". I didn't receive that message either.
Really no clue what to do, does anyone have any suggestions ?
I have also contacted my bank and they haven't received any payment, they have asked me for any information as to where I am getting this amount from so they may investigate a bit about the payment.
I would obviously contact Odesk support team after 10 working days.
