oDesk Identity Policies

I am wondering how oDesk Policy is really implementing the policies of real identity. My company name and portfolio is being used by someone else here in oDesk.

Note from admin: I have sent the manager in charge of identity violations a copy of this complete thread. Someone on his team will contact you directly. However, this thread contains too many forum policy violations for me to even try to edit them out in the usual way, so I've had to hide both your main post and the following comments.

The forum is not an appropriate place to post accusations. If you have proof of policy violations, you must contact Customer Support and include it when you file your reports (or add it to the ticket afterwords if new information arises). Private account matters simply cannot be handled via the public forum.
