Role Description
This is a temporary remote role. As a Performance Marketing professional, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will work closely with the team to develop and execute performance marketing strategies, analyze campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement. This is a dynamic role that requires a blend of creativity, data analysis, and strategic thinking.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in performance marketing, including hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Tik-Tok
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive optimization decisions
• Excellent understanding of key performance metrics and KPIs in digital marketing
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics or similar
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Certifications in performance marketing or digital advertising platforms are a plus
